    TeamLab Future Park: The Future of Fun is Here

    TeamLab Future Park focuses on promoting collaborative experiences for children through creativity and play. Guests can explore a digital playground through seven different living “works,” which use technology to nurture individual creative freedom within cooperative environments. With hands-on participation as the foundation of each work, children are encouraged to engage with each other and with the art itself to create a combined visual masterwork as part of a larger team. The seven immersive works include Sketch Aquarium, Create! Hopscotch for Geniuses, Sketch Town, Sketch Town Papercraft, A Table Where Little People Live, Light Ball Orchestra, and Connecting! Train Block.

    Think Before You Click: Does Shopping Behavior Impact Sustainability?

    Study shows that shopping at a mall can be seven percent more sustainable than online shopping

    Simon Property Group released a white paper that contains the results of a study of the environmental impacts of online versus physical shopping behaviors. The study, conducted by Deloitte Consulting, shows that shopping at a mall has a seven percent smaller environmental impact than online shopping. The white paper – Does Shopping Behavior Impact Sustainability? - uses shopping data that represents customer behaviors for mall and online shopping and concludes that brick-and-mortar shopping represents a better sustainability performance over online shopping.

    'Death of Pureplay' Report Reveals Online-Only Retail Strategy Challenging and Ultimately Unsustainable

    An L2 report released titled "Death of Pureplay Retail" finds that online-only retailers – referred to as 'pureplay retailers' – are disadvantaged by the high cost of marketing and shipping, making their business model challenging and ultimately unsustainable in the long-term. By contrast, the report finds that online retailers leveraging physical store locations - called 'evolved retailers'- drive higher organic site traffic and lower customer acquisition costs while elevating brand awareness across multiple channels.

    LOOKBOOK Live, a joint fashion program in collaboration with Glamour and GQ magazines, that includes print, digital, social media, and live events, returns for spring and fall 2015.

    Simon was recognized by the CDP as a leader among S&P 500 companies, with a total score of 98A, for the depth and quality of climate change data it disclosed to investors and the global marketplace. This is the sixth year that Simon has been listed on CDP's Climate Disclosure Leadership Index. The company has also been included on CDP's Climate Disclosure Performance Index, reaching the top 'Band A' performance level.     Deliv partners with mall operators and national multichannel retailers to provide a low-cost, high quality, same-day delivery service via its quality-controlled fleet of crowdsourced drivers.
